Refund policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and refunds will be accepted if the product arrives damaged to you. Exchanges can be made for another same price or lower priced item in our store.
The product must be in the post back to me within 7 days of the arrival to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and the item has not been returned, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or credit. The Item can also be returned in person to the store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging even though damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ( I can check my orders)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If Exchange is granted you will be given a code worth the same amount to shop for something else.

You can also return the item in person to the store to receive a credit within 12 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but may be credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Almost everything is a one-off product. Therefore an exchange will be for a different item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the event that you still want to purchase the damaged product repaired, please email me that information also. If it is possible to repair the item successfully you will be notified and the repair cost will be covered by me (Barbara Nanshe).
