1. Are the metals you use solid or plated?

Yes the metals are all solid Sterling Silver, Gold, Brass, Copper, Aluminium. The metals are always noted on the product page description. The 14kt Excellent quality gold-filled wire I use for weaving is and exception to this.

2. Do you hand deliver?

Yes. I can hand deliver in the Newcastle, Islington, Hamilton, Wickam, Tighes Hill,  Mayfield and some outlying areas if required on the day of purchase. Please write a note on your order.

3. How do I keep my jewellery clean?

First step is to wash pieces in a mix of cloudy ammonia, detergent and warm water to clean of the oils and grime from wearing. Use a soft toothbrush to get into crevices. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Next a quality polishing cloth, impregnated with rouge,  will really bring up the shine. Dip again in the water mixture to clean off the rouge and dry again with a soft cloth.

Oxidisation can occur on jewellery that has not been worn for some time. Some jewellery metal will respond well to cleaning with superfine steel wool before washing in warm water. Beware that the previous polish will be removed leaving a different kind of polish on the piece. Always store your jewellery dry.

4. How do I find my ring size?

I use UK ring sizes. Please use my Ring Sizer Chart to measure your finger and find your size before ordering. If you're unsure, send me your measurement in millimetres and I can help you find your UK size.

5. Can my ring be resized?

I offer resizing for some rings, but not all. Please contact me before ordering to confirm whether the ring you have chosen can be resized. Any extra cost needs to be confirmed for each ring.
