1. Are the metals you use solid or plated?

Yes the metals are all solid Sterling Silver, Gold, Brass, Copper, Aluminium. The metals are always noted on the pieces description.

2. Do you hand deliver?

Yes. I can hand deliver in the Newcastle, Islington, Hamilton, Wickam, Tighes Hill and Mayfield areas if required on the day of purchase. Please write a note on your order.

3. How do I keep my jewellery clean?

First step is to wash pieces in a mix of cloudy ammonia, detergent and warm water to clean of the oils and grime from wearing. Use a soft toothbrush to get into crevices. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. 

Next a quality polishing cloth, impregnated with rouge,  will really bring up the shine. Dip again in the water mixture to clean off the rouge and dry again with a soft cloth.

Always store your jewellery dry.
