This series focuses on my trips down to the Thames River in London in 2016 and 2017.
I had no idea that my way of looking for ground treasures was called mudlarking until a local Londoner named it for me. I had already been hooked since finding bottles in my childhood but this was another level.
This piece is made from recycled Copper and Sterling silver; One Use Clay tobacco Pipes, 17th and 18th Century London- Post and pre 1750.
Pendant is a lovely weight and is 10.5cm x 3.2cm.
